Ticket cancellation can be done until 48 hours before the scheduled visit.
To cancel tickets, send an email with transaction details and your phone number to: info@jerusalemzoo.org.il. Cancellation requests will be processed within 14 business days.
On crowded days, the zoo train is not inoperation.

To protect and maintain welfare of the animals, at times, we may need to limit or even suspend visitor entry to an exhibit. In the event that part or all of an exhibit it temporarily closed, orcertain animals are unavailable to visitors at any time or for any reason,(including for medical treatment, renovations, various limitations on number of visitors at an exhibit, and other reasons), visitors will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
One-time association and union discounts are offered upon entry.
We are currently renewing our agreements with customer clubs.
● Ticket prices for Matmon card holders are 62 ILS for adults and 47 ILS for children upon presentation of the Matmon card.
Conditions and benefits for zoo membership card holders:
● Zoo membership is personal and non-transferable.
● Membership entitles members to free entry to the zoo over the course of one year, plus a discount at the zoo snack barand the zoo gift shop. Membership renewal within three months of its expiration includes a 10% discount on the new membership.
● Memberships can only be purchased at the zoo ticket office and are not available for purchase on Shabbat and holidays.
● For membership purchase, bring the addendum to your identification card (which lists your address and family members) and pay at the zoo ticket office. You can have your picture taken for the membership card at the zoo, or you can email your photos to: info@jerusalemzoo.org.il.
● A family membership covers two parents and their children ages 3 – 18.
● With a three-generation membership, a grandparent can be included instead of one or two parents.
● Zoo memberships were automatically frozen חרבות ברזל lockdowns were automaticlly extende with the time the zoo was closed to visitors while the original membership was valid.
