Click here to purchase a membershipThe Zoo Patrol provides animal and nature-loving teens from the age of 14 through 18 with an organized framework to volunteer and learn about zoology, environmental awareness and wildlife conservation. The program, which functions essentially as a youth movement, similar to the Scouts, attracts dozens of teens each year from all of the diverse communities that make up the social fiber of Jerusalem. Many of the Biblical Zoo’s current staff members started out as members of the Zoo Patrol, proving that this program develops the future leadership of wildlife conservation in Israel.
