Dear visitors,
Since the outbreak of war, we are honored and proud to have hosted over 20,000 visitors, free of charge, who were evacuated from their homes in the south and the north.
Visits to the zoo enabled for many a respite and some needed fresh air in these difficult times. Our initiative continues, and we have long days ahead of us.
During this time, and thanks to support from the Jerusalem Foundation, we will continue to host evacuated groupes residing at the Jerusalem hotels free of charge.
In order to ensure that we can keep the Biblical Zoo and Israel Aquarium open to visitors, beginning Wednesday, November 15, 2023, admission tickets to the zoo and aquarium will be available to the public at special rates:
40 ILS child/ senior citizen/ student/ member of the security forces
50 ILS adult
30 ILS person with disabilities
Residents of northern and southern communities* who have been evacuated and who would like to visit the zoo or aquarium independently may purchase tickets at the discounted rate of 30 ILS per person, with the maximum per immediate family not exceeding 120 ILS per visit, even with a family of four people. (with presentation of identification and family member ID addendum)
In order for us to follow Homefront Command guidelines, visits at this time are only with advance reservations through the websites of the zoo and/or aquarium.
