"The Future Afloat - Noah's Ark" June - September 2007
Elayne Rosman was born and grew up in Chicago, studied art at The Art Institute of Chicago, University of Illinois and CSU. After receiving her degree, she taught high school art in her native city, as well as painting and giving art appreciation lectures to various groups. Rosman has exhibited paintings in private collections in Chicago, New York, Paris and Jerusalem. She and her husband, Norman settled in Israel in 1984.  "I kept the sequential order of the biblical story of Noah's Ark. Consequently, the perspectives and proportions are not always precise. I took the details described and presented them in particular way that I think is more aesthetically convincing. May these works of art give pleasure and enjoyment to the viewers".
