Yair Leibovish

Yair Leibowitz from Hod ha-Sharon, has been photographing for about ten years -- mainly nature and animals in Israel and throughout the world. He began to photograph in order to express his love for animals, particularly wolves. He hopes that through the photographs in this exhibition, called "Wolves" visitors will learn to disregard the image of the wolf as villain, as portrayed in many fairy tales, and get to know it instead as a top carnivore trying to survive in the ecosystem in which it lives.
